Enroll Instructors

 If more than one instructor is teaching a course or one instructor needs to take over another course, it is necessary to enroll instructors into a course.

To enroll other instructors in a course, make sure you have selected the correct course from the NAVIGATION pane, and follow these directions:

STEP 1: Click the Participants link in the NAVIGATION pane.


STEP 2: Click the Settings icon (displays Edit on mouse-over) to the right of the All participants heading.


STEP 3: A list of Enrolled users will display. Click the Enroll Users button either at the top or bottom.

STEP 4: At the Enroll Users pop-up window, select the role of Teacher.


STEP 5: Enter the instructor’s email address in the Email Addresses section. If more than one is added, separate the email addresses by comma. Click Enroll Users.

You will see a confirmation message displayed at the top of the page.


STEP 6: The invited users will receive an invite email.


STEP 7: The invited users will have to create an account, if necessary, to access the application. Now, the recently enrolled users’ names will also appear in the All Participants list.

If you need to view the users’ information in detail, select User details in User drop-down menu at the top right corner.
